Sound Bath Meditation
What’s your spiritual practice?
Start with a breath.
Join us for a guided meditation and sound bath experience. This restorative practice combines the visualizations of a meditation with the healing therapy of sound. Each session offers insight to a universal spiritual principle. Remove the distraction of the physical world and surrender to your higher Self. Open to all.
