Personal Wellness Retreats Include:

  • Mindful Breath-work and Yoga: Immerse yourself in the practice of mindfulness and yoga. These sessions will help you center your thoughts, improve flexibility, and enhance your mental clarity. This is tailored to fit your needs and abilities.  Various breathwork exercises help to detoxify the body, provide mental clarity, and among many other benefits increases lung capacity.  More oxygen increases the functionality of the body. 

  • Spiritual Development: Participate in your own understanding of spirituality and how you relate to it.  Learn spiritual tools to guide you along life’s journey. Evolve through the different stages of consciousness and learn to shift your perception. Radical responsibility can create meaningful changes. Manage mental and emotional intelligence to cultivate inner peace and resilience.

  • Sound Baths and Meditation: Sound baths are a form of meditation and relaxation that involve the use of various instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, among others to produce soothing and harmonious sounds.  This can have several physical, mental, and emotional benefits including: slowing down of active brain waves, decrease of pain sensitivity, reduced anxiety, and better sleep.
